I’ve been procrastinating a little and have been reading through the university exam policies and all that. In today’s post, I will be sharing with you a couple of exam rules outlined in the University regulation.
You will be locked out of the exam venue 30 mins after the start of the exam
You can’t leave the exam room until 30 mins after the start of the exam, and in the last 15 mins of the exam
You cannot start writing or use any materials unless a signal is given by the head of the exam paper
If you leave the exam room and want to come back in, you must get the approval of a supervisor beforehand. And you will need to be accompanied by a supervisor for the time you are absent in the exam room.
No information about exam dates, times, locations and results can be given over the phone
Answers should be written on ruled pages, unruled pages are for rough work
Answers for each questions should begin on a separate page
A warning signal will be given 10 mins before the end of the exam, and a final signal at the end where you need to stop writing.
And that’s that! If you want to read the full exam rules and regulations, you can do so here: http://www.unimelb.edu.au/Statutes/r111a3.html
Hope you are all well! Stay warm, stress less, and make sure you are taking care of yourselves.
